What we do
Three systems, one crawl space
Water gets in, moisture stays in, and eventually the framing pays for it. Each of these handles one part of that chain — most houses need two of the three, and the estimate tells you which.

You call, we schedule
A real person in Knoxville answers, Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 — never a call center. You get a callback the same day you ring.
- 02
Free on-site estimate
An estimator walks the property, inside and out — crawl space, grading, gutters, the lot itself. Expect an hour, and expect to be shown what he is looking at.

Our crew does the work
We clean up behind us, and we stay in constant communication with you until the job is done.
Why homeowners choose us
A specialist beats a generalist under a house
Plenty of contractors will do crawl space work between other jobs. It is the only thing we do — our crews are under East Tennessee houses every working day, and they know what the ground does here.
Our own crews, not subcontractors
The people who quote the job are the people who do it, and we stay in constant communication with you until it is done.
A written price before anyone starts

Local, and staying that way
Locally owned, 5 years in East Tennessee, working out of 445 South Gay Street in Knoxville.
Workmanship warranty
Our work carries a workmanship warranty, and the materials we install carry the manufacturer’s own coverage. The exact terms depend on the scope of your project, and they are written on your estimate before you sign anything.

Before you call
Do you work on basements as well as crawl spaces?
We are crawl space specialists — that is the whole business, and it is why we are good at it. If your problem is under a crawl space, we can help. If it is a finished basement, we are not the right company for it and we will tell you so rather than take the job.
How much does crawl space work cost?
It depends on the size of the space and what is causing the water. A vapor barrier is a different job from a full encapsulation with a dehumidifier and a drain. We price it in writing after we have been under the house — never over the phone.
How long does the work take?
Most jobs run one to three days. A straightforward sump pump or a barrier can be a single day; a full encapsulation with drainage and structural repairs takes longer. You get the expected timeline in writing with the estimate.
Do I need to be home while you work?
For the estimate, yes — we want to walk it with you and show you what we are seeing. For the work itself, usually not, provided we can get to the crawl space access. We will agree that with you beforehand.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, and we are happy to show you the paperwork before any work starts. We are locally owned and based on South Gay Street in Knoxville — not a franchise and not a storm-chaser from out of state.
